Returns & Exchange

Unfortunately we do not offer returns and refunds. Exchange is accepted within 48 hours of the delivery date.

We do a quality check for all products and ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition. However, we initiate exchange on the following items:

  • The product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or a wrong product is delivered.
  • The product has a quality or manufacturing defect.
  • The product is received in a damaged condition.
  • The product has a missing part or accessory.
  • The product is of an incorrect size.

Please email us at sninee.sk@gmail.com or get in touch on +91 99902 99943 within 48 hours of delivery with the following information to initiate your exchange:

  1. Order number
  2. Delivery address
  3. Specify the reason for the exchange, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please attach images and videos to support the complaint.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails sent after 48 hours of the delivery.

Once your exchange request has been accepted, a reverse pick up for the product will be arranged within 2-3 working days. You will then be informed about the new consignment tracking details. No cash refunds are permitted.

Costs

Shipping are non-refundable costs.

Non-returnable Products / Exceptions

Some items, such as custom products (like special orders or personalised items), are not eligible for exchange. Regretfully, gift cards and sale products cannot be exchanged either.
