1. How do I know when my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an email and Whatsapp message notifying you when your order has been confirmed.
2. Do I need to create an account to place my order?
It is advised to create an account to make your shopping experience simple and hassle-free. However you can place an order as a ‘guest’ without having an account.
3. Do you deliver outside India?
Unfortunately we deliver only within India.
4. How safe is it to use Netbanking & Debit or Credit Card for payment on your website?
All transactions on our website are protected and encrypted. We take pride in following the best security practices.
5. Does SNINE by Satvinder Kaur have any physical stores?
Yes, we have a physical studio where you can book a private consultation with our stylist. To do the same, please get in touch with us on sninee.sk@gmail.com or +91 99902 99943.
6. Can I choose my delivery date?
Delivery dates cannot be selected or changed.
7. Can I have my shipping address be modified?
You can request for a change in the shipping address of the order if the item has not been dispatched for delivery. Please email us at sninee.sk@gmail.com or call on +91 99902 99943 and we shall be more than happy to assist you.
8. How do I make changes to or cancel my order?
You can make changes to or cancel an order only within 24 hours of placing it. Kindly follow the steps given below:
- Go to www.sninebysk.com
- Click on ‘My Account’
- Under My Account, select ‘My Order’ and click on ‘Cancel Order’ stating the reason for cancelling the order.
- Once it is done click on ‘Save Changes’ to save the details.
9. Do you offer customizations?
Yes, we offer all kinds of customizations.
10. What if an item is out of stock?
We are sorry for the inconvenience if the products listed are out of stock. However we can notify you if and when it is back in stock.
11. What is the best way to clean my suit?
It is advised that all SNINE suits should be handled carefully and dry clean is highly recommended for cleaning needs.
12. By when can I expect delivery of my order?
It usually takes us 10-12 business days to deliver your order. While we endeavour to deliver your order at the earliest, we request you to bear with possible delays. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible.
13. What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?
In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging, please inform our Customer Care within 2 business days of receipt, with supporting images if applicable, so we can best address your concern.
14. Do you offer only stitched suits?
No, we offer a wide range of fully stitched, semi-stitched and unstitched suits along with customizations as per your requirements.
15. How does the delivery process work?
All our deliveries are processed through safe courier services. When your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number. The tracking number can be used to track the status of your order.
